Anonymous asked: Where do bad thoughts come from? I just started meditating a little over a month ago. I have always been an over-thinker and meditation has helped me become more aware and mindful. However, it really bothers me when I have a negative thought about someone. It is sometimes about the people that I love and these thoughts aren't true and are hurtful. I ask myself why in the world did that thought even come through my mind to begin with. I have a hard time grasping this.
